Job Description:
Opzio is looking for a SaaS Product Designer to design intuitive interfaces for automation systems, CRM platforms, analytics dashboards, client portals, and business workflow products.
You will work closely with strategy, development, marketing, and client success teams to create product screens that are easy to understand, visually polished, and optimized for real business use.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in UI/UX design, SaaS dashboards, component-based design, responsive layouts, and user journey mapping. You should be able to create designs that feel modern, professional, and practical.
Responsibilities:
- Design SaaS dashboards, automation screens, CRM interfaces, and analytics layouts.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Turn complex workflows into clean and simple user experiences.
- Build reusable design components and maintain visual consistency.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Improve landing pages, product pages, and conversion-focused sections.
- Design responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Review existing interfaces and recommend usability improvements.
- Support marketing and product teams with visual assets when needed.
- Stay updated with modern SaaS, dashboard, and AI product design trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing SaaS dashboards, CRM interfaces, analytics screens, automation tools, or client portals.
- Strong portfolio showing clean UI, structured layouts, responsive design, and modern product interfaces.
- Advanced Figma skills, including components, variants, auto layout, design systems, and prototyping.
- Understanding of user flows, information architecture, wireframing, and usability testing.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into clear and easy-to-use product experiences.
- Familiarity with developer handoff, design documentation, and component-based development.
- Experience designing landing pages, conversion sections, pricing layouts, or onboarding flows is a plus.
- Knowledge of AI, automation, CRM, SaaS, or analytics products is preferred.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or SaaS interface design.
- Strong portfolio showing SaaS dashboards, CRM screens, web apps, or digital products.
- Excellent knowledge of Figma, design systems, components, and prototyping.
- Understanding of responsive design and developer handoff.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows visually.
- Strong eye for spacing, typography, hierarchy, and interaction design.
- Experience with conversion-focused landing pages is a plus.
- Knowledge of automation, AI tools, CRM, or analytics products is preferred.
