Job Description:
Opzio is hiring a Workflow Automation Specialist to help businesses simplify operations, remove repetitive tasks, and create efficient automated workflows.
You will work with clients to understand how their current processes work, identify bottlenecks, and build automations that improve speed, accuracy, and team productivity.
This role focuses on mapping workflows, setting up automation tools, testing logic, connecting apps, documenting systems, and making sure each workflow works reliably in real business conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Review client processes and identify manual tasks that can be automated.
- Map workflows for sales, marketing, operations, onboarding, support, and reporting.
- Build automations using workflow platforms and integration tools.
- Configure triggers, actions, conditions, filters, and routing logic.
- Connect tools such as CRMs, forms, email platforms, spreadsheets, calendars, and communication apps.
- Test automation scenarios before launch.
- Document workflow logic, user instructions, and troubleshooting steps.
- Monitor workflows after launch and optimize them based on feedback.
- Work with AI Automation Engineers and developers on advanced workflows.
- Help clients understand how to use and manage their automated systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building workflow automations using Zapier, Make, n8n, Airtable, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Notion, Slack, Trello, or Google Workspace.
- Strong understanding of process mapping, automation logic, triggers, conditions, filters, actions, and routing rules.
- Experience automating sales, marketing, onboarding, customer support, reporting, or internal operations workflows.
- Ability to connect forms, CRMs, spreadsheets, calendars, email platforms, and communication tools.
- Basic knowledge of APIs, webhooks, data mapping, and troubleshooting failed automation runs.
- Strong documentation skills for workflow logic, client instructions, and process handover.
- Experience working with SaaS businesses, service companies, e-commerce stores, or digital agencies is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows, chatbots, and automation agents is preferred.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in workflow automation, operations, SaaS implementation, or technical support.
- Experience with tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Airtable, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Notion, Trello, Slack, or Google Workspace.
- Strong understanding of business process mapping.
- Ability to think logically and troubleshoot automation issues.
- Experience with CRM, email automation, lead management, or reporting workflows.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of APIs and webhooks is preferred.
- Comfortable working with multiple client projects.
