Job Description:
Our Head Chef role focuses on leading the kitchen with creativity, technique, and strong leadership. You will design innovative menus, oversee food preparation, and ensure every dish meets the restaurant’s quality standards.
This position requires coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory, and supervising the culinary team to maintain smooth kitchen operations. You will inspire the team to consistently deliver flavorful, visually appealing meals.
You will also be responsible for maintaining hygiene standards, optimizing workflow, and ensuring the kitchen environment remains efficient, safe, and well-organized.
Responsibilities:
Develop seasonal menus, create recipes, and ensure high-quality food presentation.
Lead and train the kitchen team to maintain consistency and efficiency during service.
Monitor inventory, food costs, and supplier quality to optimize operations.
Ensure adherence to safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards across all stations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing a full kitchen team in a busy restaurant environment.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, menu planning, and food costing.
Ability to innovate dishes while maintaining operational efficiency.
Leadership experience with strong communication and multitasking skills.
Requirements:
Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen.
Proven background as a Head Chef or Senior Chef.
