Job Description:
Valvoro Plumbing Services is looking for an experienced Drainage & Blockage Specialist to diagnose, clean, and repair drainage systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. You will play a key role in keeping our clients’ plumbing systems functioning efficiently by preventing and resolving blockages, maintaining pipes, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with drain cleaning equipment, CCTV inspections, and pipe maintenance, along with excellent problem-solving skills. You will work both independently and with our team to deliver fast, reliable, and professional drainage services.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and diagnose blockages or drainage issues using specialized tools and CCTV inspection equipment.
- Clear blockages in pipes, sewers, and stormwater systems using high-pressure water jetters, drain snakes, or mechanical augers.
- Repair or replace damaged pipes, drains, and fittings as needed.
- Advise clients on proper maintenance to prevent future drainage problems.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including inspections, repairs, and maintenance reports.
- Respond promptly to emergency drainage calls, ensuring safety and minimal disruption.
- Collaborate with plumbing and maintenance teams for large-scale or complex projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in drainage, sewer, or blockage services.
- Proficiency with drain cleaning equipment, CCTV cameras, and pipe maintenance tools.
- Knowledge of local plumbing regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in residential, commercial, and industrial environments.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in drainage and blockage services.
- Physically fit to work in confined spaces and outdoor environments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
