Job Description:
Our Head Strength Coach role focuses on designing advanced strength and conditioning programs that maximize performance, safety, and progression. You will combine deep expertise in strength training with motivational leadership to guide both athletes and everyday members.
The position involves overseeing strength programs across the facility, mentoring other trainers, and ensuring consistent, high-quality coaching delivery. You will play a central role in creating programs that enhance power, endurance, and resilience.
You will also track performance metrics, design progressive overload strategies, and provide corrective coaching to prevent injuries while driving measurable results.
Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee strength training programs for individuals and groups.
Mentor and support other trainers to ensure consistent coaching standards.
Provide technical guidance on form, progression, and safety.
Monitor performance metrics and adjust programs for continued improvement.
Collaborate with management to expand advanced training offerings.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced certification in strength & conditioning or related discipline.
Proven experience working with athletes, lifters, or high-performance clients.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
In-depth knowledge of biomechanics and strength programming.
Familiarity with performance tracking tools and recovery protocols.
Requirements:
Demonstrated success in leading strength training programs.
Excellent technical coaching skills for advanced lifts.
Strong communication and motivational ability.
