Job Description:
Our Group Instructor role is dedicated to delivering dynamic, results-oriented classes that energize and engage participants. You will combine exercise knowledge with motivational coaching to create workouts that are fun, challenging, and safe for all levels.
The position involves leading structured group sessions, adapting exercises for different abilities, and maintaining an inclusive environment. You will play an important role in building community spirit and consistency within our fitness programs.
You will also keep workouts fresh by incorporating trends and innovative techniques to maximize participation and results.
Responsibilities:
Lead high-energy group fitness classes with clear instruction.
Adapt routines to accommodate various fitness levels.
Provide encouragement and feedback to participants.
Ensure safe execution of exercises at all times.
Keep classes engaging by incorporating new techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in group fitness or personal training.
Strong communication and motivational skills.
Experience leading diverse group formats (HIIT, circuit, strength).
Ability to design fun and effective class structures.
Familiarity with current fitness trends.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a group fitness instructor.
Ability to manage large groups while maintaining safety.
Strong interpersonal skills to create a positive environment.
Organizational skills to maintain class schedules.
