Our Fitness Data Analyst role focuses on tracking and analyzing member performance data to improve training outcomes and facility programs. You will combine data-driven insights with fitness knowledge to create meaningful recommendations.
The position involves monitoring workout metrics, class attendance, and progress reports. You will work closely with trainers and management to refine programming and ensure measurable results for clients.
You will also create reports, highlight trends, and recommend improvements to maximize member performance and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze fitness performance and participation data.
Provide insights to trainers and management for program adjustments.
