Fitrix reserves the right to deny access or cancel membership for inappropriate behavior or violation of policies.
3. Health & Safety
By participating in Fitrix programs, you confirm that you are physically fit to engage in exercise activities.
Members are responsible for consulting a physician before beginning any fitness program.
Fitrix and its staff are not liable for injuries, health issues, or accidents that may occur during workouts or while using facilities.
4. Payments & Cancellations
All payments are due according to the membership plan. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of access.
Cancellations and refunds are subject to Fitrix’s membership policies. Please contact our support team for details.
Promotional offers and discounts are time-limited and non-refundable.
5. Digital Content & Website Use
Content on the Fitrix website (text, images, videos, and materials) is owned by Fitrix and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
You agree not to misuse our website or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
6. Limitation of Liability
Fitrix is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings on our premises.
Fitrix shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
7. Changes to Terms
Fitrix may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
