Job Description:
Opzio is hiring a Growth Marketing Strategist to plan and optimize marketing campaigns for SaaS, automation, and service-based businesses.
You will work on growth strategy, lead generation, campaign planning, funnel optimization, conversion improvement, content direction, landing page strategy, email campaigns, and performance reporting.
The ideal candidate understands how to connect marketing strategy with automation systems. You should be comfortable analyzing data, identifying growth opportunities, and creating campaigns that move prospects from awareness to conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Develop growth strategies for SaaS, automation, and service-based businesses.
- Plan lead generation campaigns across landing pages, email, content, and paid channels.
- Analyze funnels and identify conversion improvement opportunities.
- Create campaign briefs for designers, copywriters, and automation teams.
- Improve landing page messaging, offers, calls to action, and user journeys.
- Work with email automation specialists to build nurture and follow-up sequences.
- Recommend improvements based on data, user behavior, and business goals.
- Collaborate with client success teams to understand client objectives.
- Support case studies, campaign reports, and growth recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience creating growth strategies for SaaS, automation, B2B, service-based, or digital product businesses.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, funnel optimization, conversion strategy, and campaign planning.
- Experience with landing pages, paid campaigns, SEO, email marketing, content strategy, and lifecycle marketing.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and turn insights into practical growth recommendations.
- Experience writing campaign briefs for designers, copywriters, developers, and automation teams.
- Understanding of customer journeys, offer positioning, messaging, and conversion-focused copy.
- Knowledge of AI automation, CRM workflows, or revenue operations is preferred.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, SaaS marketing, or lead generation.
- Strong understanding of funnels, conversion optimization, and campaign strategy.
- Ability to write clear campaign briefs and marketing recommendations.
- Understanding of B2B marketing, SaaS products, or automation services.
- Experience with landing pages, content marketing, paid ads, and email campaigns.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Knowledge of AI automation or CRM-based growth systems is a plus.
