Job Description:
Our Wait Staff role focuses on providing warm, attentive, and efficient service to guests. You will handle orders, serve food, and ensure guests enjoy a smooth dining experience.
You will work closely with the kitchen and service team to manage table flow, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Your role includes explaining menu items, managing requests, and ensuring an inviting, friendly atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests, take orders, and serve dishes promptly and accurately.
Provide menu guidance and handle special requests with professionalism.
Maintain table settings, cleanliness, and smooth service flow.
Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in customer service or restaurant serving.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to stay calm and friendly during busy hours.
Knowledge of POS systems is a plus.
Requirements:
Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred.
Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours.
