Job Description:

Valvoro Plumbing Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, service requests, and scheduling, ensuring a seamless experience for our residential and commercial customers.

You will collaborate with our plumbing, gas fitting, and drainage teams to coordinate appointments, address concerns, and maintain high customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and online inquiries from clients.
Schedule appointments and coordinate service calls with plumbing and technical teams.
Handle customer complaints professionally, providing solutions or escalating when necessary.
Maintain accurate client records and update service logs in the company system.
Provide clients with information on services, pricing, and promotions.
Support billing and follow-up communications as needed.
Collaborate with field teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in customer service, call center, or administrative roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM systems or scheduling software.
Understanding of plumbing, gas fitting, or maintenance services is a plus.
