Job Description:
Cerevia is seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will conduct psychological assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents, and adults. You will work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and fellow clinicians to promote emotional well-being, behavioral growth, and long-term success.
The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering client-centered care and has experience supporting individuals with ADHD, autism, anxiety, emotional regulation, and other behavioral or developmental challenges. You will play a key role in helping clients build practical skills, improve resilience, and achieve meaningful, measurable progress.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each client's unique strengths and needs.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy for children, teens, and adults.
- Support clients with ADHD, autism, anxiety, emotional regulation, and behavioral challenges.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary team members.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.
- Monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment strategies when appropriate.
- Uphold ethical standards, confidentiality, and professional best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field.
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Clinical Psychologist.
- Experience working with ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, and behavioral interventions.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including CBT and behavioral therapy.
- Excellent assessment, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in psychological assessment and therapy.
- Experience providing services to children, adolescents, and/or adults.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Commitment to ethical practice, continuing professional development, and client-centered care.
- Passion for helping individuals and families achieve meaningful, lasting progress.
