Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know, explained simply and clearly.
Do I need an official diagnosis to get started?
No, an official diagnosis is not required to begin. Many clients come to us simply because they’re struggling with focus, emotions, stress, or daily routines. We help you understand what’s going on and guide you toward the right support from where you are now.
Do you work with both teens and adults?
Yes, we work with teens, university students, and adults. Each program is adapted to match the developmental stage, responsibilities, and specific challenges of the individual.
Can I benefit without using medication?
Yes. Our approach focuses on behavioral strategies, emotional regulation, and practical systems. While some clients may choose medication in consultation with their doctor, many benefit significantly without it.
How soon might I begin to notice positive changes?
Many clients start noticing small improvements within a few weeks, especially in awareness and daily structure. Deeper, long-term changes typically develop over consistent sessions and continued practice.
Do you offer online or virtual sessions for us?
Yes, we offer secure online/virtual sessions so you can access support from anywhere. This makes it easier to stay consistent and receive guidance without location being a barrier.
Which program or service is the right fit for me?
It depends on your current challenges and goals. During the initial consultation, we assess your needs and recommend the most suitable program—whether it’s focused on ADHD support, emotional regulation, therapy, or structured coaching.
