Speech & Language Therapist

Job Description:
Cerevia is looking for a caring and experienced Speech & Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat children with speech, language, communication, and social interaction challenges. You will develop individualized therapy plans that help clients strengthen their communication skills, build confidence, and participate more successfully at home, school, and in everyday life.
The ideal candidate has experience supporting individuals with ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing differences, and developmental challenges. You are passionate about helping children build confidence, overcome everyday obstacles, and achieve meaningful progress through engaging, evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each client's communication goals.
- Deliver one-on-one speech and language therapy using evidence-based techniques.
- Support speech clarity, language development, social communication, and feeding or swallowing needs when appropriate.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary clinicians.
- Monitor client progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, treatment records, and progress reports.
- Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive therapy environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech & Language Therapist.
- Experience working with children with ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and communication disorders.
- Strong knowledge of pediatric speech, language, and social communication interventions.
- Excellent communication, assessment, and clinical decision-making skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of pediatric speech and language therapy experience.
- Experience supporting children, adolescents, and their families.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload while delivering high-quality care.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuing professional development, and compassionate, client-centered therapy.
