These terms apply when you buy templates or services from designingmedia.com.
The purchase
Checkout is for digital products and optional setup services. Guest checkout is available. Creating an account is optional unless the product requires one (for example a subscription).
License
Template purchases are licensed for one website / one end product under the standard Envato license, unless you buy an extended or custom arrangement with us. Read the standard license for the full legal text. You may not resell, redistribute, or put the template in a multi-site package.
Delivery
After successful payment you receive an instant download, license details and a receipt at the email you enter at checkout.
Support
Theme purchases include 6 months of author support. Subscription and done-for-you services follow the description on the product page.
Refunds
Refunds follow our Refund Policy — 30 days from payment for eligible orders.
Payments
Payments are processed by PayPal (wallet or card). Prices are shown at checkout in the currency displayed there.
Acceptable use
Do not use our products for unlawful, harmful, or infringing projects. We may refuse or cancel an order if we reasonably believe it violates these terms or payment rules.
