Every purchase from DesigningMedia includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the template or service is not right for your project, email support@designingmedia.com within 30 days of payment and we will refund you.
Digital products
We sell digital templates and related services. There is nothing physical to ship or post back. A refund is processed to the original payment method (usually PayPal).
How to request a refund
- Email support@designingmedia.com with your order number or the email used at checkout.
- Tell us briefly what did not work.
- We reply within 24 hours on business days and issue the refund if the request is within 30 days.
After a refund
Download access for that order ends when the refund is completed. Please delete local copies of the files.
What this policy does not cover
- Requests made more than 30 days after payment
- Issues caused by third-party hosting, plugins, or custom code we did not supply
- Done-for-you services that have already been fully delivered, unless we failed to deliver what was purchased
