These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of digital products and related services from Designing Media via designingmedia.com. Please read these Terms carefully before you complete checkout. By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and applicable Licence terms.

1. Digital products
The store offers digital products (including WordPress themes, HTML templates and related downloadable items) and, where stated, optional professional services. No physical goods are despatched. Guest checkout is permitted. An account is optional unless a particular product requires one.
2. Licence
Unless an extended or bespoke arrangement is agreed in writing, template purchases are licensed for one website / one end product on terms consistent with the standard Envato licence. Please refer to the standard licence and our Licence page. You shall not resell, redistribute or include the materials in a multi-site package without the appropriate licence.
3. Delivery
Following successful payment, you shall receive an instant download, licence particulars and a receipt at the email address provided at checkout. Access to the download or licence constitutes delivery of the digital product.
4. Support
Theme purchases include six (6) months of author support, unless otherwise stated. Subscription and professional services follow the description on the relevant product page.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Designing Media offers a thirty-day fair money-back guarantee for digital products purchased on designingmedia.com: where a product fails to operate or is materially not as described, and where, after reasonable cooperation with support, we are unable to remedy the issue, a refund shall be issued promptly.
Refunds are not available merely on the basis of change of mind following download. Terms and Conditions apply.
6. Envato Market
Purchases completed on Envato are subject to the Envato Market Customer Refund Policy. Purchases on designingmedia.com follow our Refund Policy.
7. Payments and disputes
Payments are processed by PayPal. In the event of a payment dispute, we may supply these Terms, the Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, order and download records, demonstration links and support history to the payment provider.
8. Acceptable use
You shall not use our products for unlawful, harmful or infringing purposes. We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe it would breach these Terms or applicable payment rules.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to the foregoing, Designing Media’s aggregate liability arising out of any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
