1. What a standard licence covers

Unless an extended or bespoke arrangement is agreed in writing, each template purchase includes a standard licence for:

• one end product (typically one website);
• an end product that may be sold to a client, provided the template files themselves are not resold or redistributed; and
• modification of the template for that one project.

You shall not resell, redistribute, or include the materials in a multi-site package without the appropriate licence.

2. Need more than one site?

Purchase an additional licence for each extra website, or email support@designingmedia.com regarding extended or agency options.

3. Services

Installation, WHMCS setup and maintenance are service products. They do not replace the template licence and do not grant additional site licences.

4. Refunds

Digital product refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (thirty-day fair money-back guarantee — Terms and Conditions apply).
