- We support you while we deliver this service (questions, access, revisions in scope)
- Replies within 24 hours on business days (support hours 10am–7pm GMT+5, Mon–Fri)
- After delivery is complete, ongoing monthly care is a separate subscription (Maintenance or the Complete Bundle)
- Theme products still get their own 6-month support — services do not replace that
